The South Texas Catholic is the official publication of the Diocese of Corpus Christi, which encompasses a 12-county area in the Coastal Bend. The total population of the area is about 565,000 with a Catholic population of more than 395,000.The South Texas Catholic is published on the fourth Friday of each month and has a circulation of more than 46,000 mailed directly to the homes of our readers. Subscription is free to those living within the diocese and $25 per year for those outside the 12-county area.
The South Texas Catholic covers Catholic news on the local, state, national and international levels. The paper also features local cartoonists, columnists, inspirational stories and a Spanish-language section in each issue.
The South Texas Catholic is printed in a magazine format with 60 lb. covers in #3 gloss and 45 lb. inside pages in #5 gloss. The magazine measures 8.375" by 10.875" stitched and trimmed.
The South Texas Catholic advertising deadlines are the first Friday of each month. Ad rates are net and designing is available at no additional charge.
